Throughout her career, JoAnn has advised both local and national clients on complex real estate strategies, including portfolio planning, leasing, sale-leasebacks, site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions. JoAnn specializes in office, retail, and investment properties throughout the western suburbs of Philadelphia, with a strong emphasis on Chester County.  She represents tenants, landlords, and owners in asset positioning and disposition, combining deep market knowledge with a results-driven approach to execution.

JoAnn is an Associate Broker licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a graduate of Harcum College and attended Villanova University.   She is an active member of the Chester County Commercial & Industrial Investment Council and a past board member of the TriState Commercial Realtors Alliance, The Linda Creed Breast Cancer Foundation, and the EZ2C Foundation.
